In a rare Hollywood miracle, TV's talented IT kids have hit it big (ratings are up 41 percent among young women since last season) without the catfights and drama that typically accompany fame.

"It creates an atmosphere on-set you enjoy." It helps that they're close off-set: Westwick rooms in NYC with Chace Crawford, 23 while Blake Lively, 21, gets cozy and is reportedly dating Penn Badgley, 21; and the whole gang often meets up for karaoke, Guitar Hero or parties at Westwick and Crawford's pad.
"We're young, we live in New York. None of us are here with our families," reasons Westwick. As Leighton Meester, 22, jokes to US: "You think we'd be sick of each other, but honestly, even after seeing each other 80 hours a week, we're always like, 'OK, what are you doing tonight?'"
